In H-manga and anime, when a someone takes so much fluid in the rectum that it comes out their mouth. What would yall call that? I have all my manga etc. with that scenario tagged as "Pyloric Reversal" (the pyloric sphincter is the valve between the stomach and the intestines), and I'm kinda curious what others would call it.
