So I read this one-shot a long time ago about a guy who constantly avoids paying his rent, and so he climbs to his neighbor's room, and she helps him out by hiding him. One day, they hear her mother doing it with a guy, and it gets awkward, especially in their position, until the two of them end up having sex themselves. In the final part, the girl becomes sad because she thinks the guy left her, but he comes back. Yeah, it's (romance) hentai. I don't usually ask, but I couldn't find it no matter how hard I looked. I think the title had the word 'neighbor' in it, but I am not sure. Anyone familiar with the synopsis?
