Help! Trying to find neighbor/childhood friend manga

I've been looking for this manga for the past year or so to no avail... what I can remember is it's about two families that have 3 children each (I believe, they may have more). The main story is about how the middle children start to fall in love but the younger children and the oldest also like one another. It's not Otonari-san Game... Please help me end my search!
