I am a hardcore gamer of this game but I just think that they overdid everything in it. I mean wind, shining unknown monster, forbidden hunters!
I just got to say this is bad, I mean a great game should have a great manga story along with it.
I think that my idea of a monster hunter idea is better than there's.
But the part that I don't like the most is the drawing. This type of drawing is too typical on a shounen like this. So it would just be another stereo type of manga. I think that the art work and story of this should change greatly because the reason this fail was because of its typical shounen type.

Well I gota say I think your totaly wrong. Sure its not the most unique manga out there, but its still a good one.
It might have inovated on a few fronts, but considering it lasted 3 volumes the author managed to make it interesting enough.

And the drawings are perfect, unless it was dark gloomy Seinen, the way they are now (Clean, detailed, different) is perfect for a setting where equipement is made from diffrent monster materials. I for one, think the author nailed on the artistic aspect.

The series isint perfect, but its good enough to to do MH justice. Thats not saying something better couldnt have been done, its just that for a 3 volume series it was intertaining enough. I liked it.

Hi, Another hardcore monster hunter. I can't say they completely ruined it, but I really think they could have targeted this manga better. I say this because, as far as I know, Monster Hunter is definitely a big kids game, I feel that this would have been better off as a seinen, though a comedic one would still have been appreciated more, personally.
Now this isn't to say that our author here, MASHIMA Hiro, messed it up, cause he did a decent job. I found the accuracy of the armors and monsters really amusing for the first few chapters, but in the middle of it all, it got a little to much like Fairy Tail, and I got bored of it...
Agh! Now I feel that I have to finish it as a fan of the Monster Hunter series!
