i just started reading toradora and im wondering if there is only 24 chapters. Under "latest releases" in the toradora page it says it was last updated 60 days ago, so im wondering if there will be any more chapters.

it depends if any group is going to pick it up.
most likely that is a no, just watch the anime until someone decides to release a chapter.
