Not necessarily girly, even though that's ok for this, but a bit unrealistic in personality with being hyper or optimistic. Like the kind that everybody thinks is weird because he's always jumping to action( emphasis on "jumping") and perhaps just over thinks some things. The kind that can easily get carried away in something and the seme finds him cute like that. Not happy-go-lucky, but more like childlike I suppose, even if the uke doesn't look like it.
