nono franky is stronger hes just a bit silly but hes supposed to be smart if he could assemble and use the blueprints vegapunk made
and how does Zoros word mean that hes stronger than Mihawk it was just a straight and simple statement that the guy wasnt strong enough to get him excited or in mood to fight so he wanted the strongest one around fishman island
