QTF. You are absolutely right. The other shounen titles are going downhill because of the draggish fillers and plot..but onepiece anime still keeps its standard with the manga..

and I HONESTLY thought there will be some filler episodes in Shabondy/Duval arc before heading onto the "Main Event' at the auction hall! O__O

ah yea, the new opening song ROCKS! partly because it's a bit different and it has Hancock in it. But nothing beats KOKORO NO CHIZU waterseven opening. [color=red]**That's the BEST OP EVER! **[/color] >:-(

It's the ONLY anime that has good fillers. Hell, the G8 arc was better than most anime and manga stories out today.

Really? the fillers make Luffy seem like a little kid to me. Although they're still pretty funny. The theaters are the best though, especially the obasan one.

Yeah, the obahan extra is hilarious, but I like the jinginai extra (where everyone is part of the mafia) the best.

Hmm, the filler are okay. Sometimes they can be boring, but at least they're broken up into smaller pieces instead of the endless fillers of Naruto and the entire Bount arc in Bleach. The thing I really hate is the multiple flashbacks of the same thing within an episode. Remember when Luffy saved that Lapan? I saw that flashback so many times...

But yes, One Piece does move pretty fast if you watch multiple episodes at once. Watching one per week is frustrating with all of the cliffhangers.

P.S. My favorite opening was Believe in Wonderland, and my fav. ending was Shouchi no Suke. 😎

damn!1 Onepiece epi 401 is way better than the manga chapter itself! So many things happening in one episode! Animated kizaru is so awesome, I love how things get very fast paced and dramatic in the anime.

What fillers? Amazon Lily is not a filler.

But there will be fillers soon, probably after AL, so still 3-4 episodes to go.

Amazon Lilly is not a filler - (One Piece fillers don't really bother me so much, not as bad as Naruto or Bleach fillers)

There may be a few filler episodes after Amazon Lilly - read somewhere that the fillers will be on where the rest of the crew is and whats going on with them (if that's the case then it should be interesting).

Totally agree. Normally, anime with fillers makes one thinks that it's a waste of time. With one piece, it naturally feels like a part of the story itself. Simply put, it just gets better and better, even with fillers.
The plot just thickens and thickens, and sometimes we don't even notice that a simple occurrence in an episode is actually something big sometime in the series.

This, this and this are why you should watch the anime... 😀

P/S: I'm not from Germany and I don't mean to offend the Deutsch. From a non-speaker of the language, I found this very funny (and it's already funny as hell in Japanese!). 🤣
