I really hate that Dmp is going all digital (mostly I think) am I the only one who likes having the physical book at least the one's from fav series? 🤨 😃

I like physical books too, but when we are talking about a yaoi, it's a bit complicated.
Not many people are open about being a fujoshi. It doesn't sound like a serious matter, but a lot of people hide it... and considering some of the public is underage too and living with their parents, I think it's a bit complicated to actually buy the physical book and hide it somewhere... A digital book you just need to buy credits and tell your parents it's just another manga, without any physical evidence. haha
So, for a yaoi manga, I think a digital version is the best option to reach both of the public, the ones who like physical books but want to read and the ones who prefer the digital version. That's my opinion, of course, because the fujoshis I know are underage or live with their parents, so that's the reality I know about it.

I'm much the same way. I do have an e-reader, but for my favorite novels or obsessions, I prefer the print version. For manga especially, I prefer to have a hard copy. I was pretty ticked when DMP pushed back their release dates to focus more on digital print. The worst part is that they have the licenses for some of my favorite series like View Finder and ZE. Luckily ZE seems to have a fixed release date in print, but I won't be happy if they decide to go digital with that either. I've already invested money in buying the early print versions, so why would I want the rest in digital?

Bleh, this is just more incentive for me to learn Japanese.

ETA: Frankly, I might not be interested in buying a digital copy if I had a HQ scanlated version of the series either. The format is exactly the same with the only difference being quality and there are times when I do prefer the scanlated version - especially if it's not censored. I wasn't happy to find that certain parts of View Finder that I just purchased was censored.
