Honestly read this a few years ago and dying to see how it ends

It's about a FL who gets visited by her future self to help fix her love life (so she doesn't end up being alone and not married for the rest of her life). The future FL tries to get her to confess to her first love and she repeatedly travels from the future to change everything

Her first love/crush is a basketball player in high school if I recall and there's a second male lead/love interest who made the time travel device for the FL's future self.

Could anyone please help! I know it got frustrating cause the future FL kept on trying to change the future and it wasn't working out. And in the end, I remember how they broke it off cause they were going to separate colleges but that's the last I read of it.
