Just for fun, let's all guess how it's all gonna end and compare what different fans think.

So my turn...

I'm thinking that the end is near. Sasuke will recover from the fight. Naruto's group will find Akasuki first and get cremed. Itachi comes out and totally almost kills Naruto and is unscratched.

Just when Naruto falls, Sasuke's group comes arrives. The rest of the group is evenly matched with the remaining Akasuki. Sasuke fights Itachi head-on, finally killing him after a really long fight, because now he has two reasons: revenge, and to save his best friend.

After that, they all get to the leaf village. Sasuke and Naruto take the chunnin exams as a team and get everyone else's scroll in the second part. Then, they fight in the third exam and in the end, wear each other out, falling down laughing.

The last episode will probably be an epilogue maybe 10-20 years later. Naruto is about to become Hokage, Sasuke is married with a large family and head of the police, like his father.

Ooo, i was thinking of starting a topic like this but i guess i got beating to the punch.

anyway here are some of the possibly the ending might end
(All my prediction is vague, so bear with it):

When the story is near the end, there going to be a huge fight for a couple of chapters between the bad guys( unknown new bad guys or current bad guys) and the Leaf Ninjas that include Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura.
The outcome of the batte for the bay guys is (of course) that they losts by either death or extreme injury(most unlikely).But i got my prediction on the outcome for the main characters which is:
Situation:
A.) Bad Guys Loss, Leaf Ninja Win (Receive minor injury)

B.) Bad guys Loss, Leaf Ninja Win but receive minor injury and/or Permanent injury

C.) Bad guys Loss, Leaf Ninja Win but receive minor injury or Permanent injury or the death of a main character.

After the Grand Battle, they going fast forward toward a few week or year and have one of the character reflect upon the past. Probably the "new" Hokage if it way in the future.

Possible character that receive permanent injury and their injuries ( If Situation "B or C" happen)
[permanent injury mean they, the character, can no long uses it and lost it forever]:
1.) Sasuke - One of his eyes
2.) Sasuke - Both his eyes
3.) Naruto - Right hand or Arm

Possible main character that might die ( If Situation "C" happen):
1.)Sasuke
2.)Naruto
3.)Sakura

Possible character that might become Hokage (if they show the epilogue in far future)
1.)Sasuke (Maybe)
2.)Naruto (Probably)
3.)Sakura (maybe a little bit)
4.)Neji (less likely but possible becasue he talented)

I'm glad you don't make the manga, xeronia. That plot would suck. It would be so... predictable 🤣

and that what i think will happen (or maybe not)

to me the ending will involve Naruto going full 9 tails at some point due to someone important dying. I see it as Naruto and Sasuke have squared off already and the victor has already been decided. Whoever is concluded to be the real villain in the whole series ends up really wrecking havoc in Village of the Leaf. At some point said villain and naruto square off and much rasenganing and explosions occur. Just when naruto is beaten down and defeated, enter the someone important to protect naruto and lose their life, my opinion due to current character popularity and impact on series is either Kakashi, Sasuke(now finished with his vengence/pulling of the previous friend turned bad guy seeking redemption in the end), Sakura(Naruto's love the whole time and savior in a couple of situations thus far) or Hinata(Her huge popularity with small role makes her a character with impact like Maes Hughes from FMA but to a smaller degree). After seeing this done, we receive flash backs of all the sacrifice and help that person has provided for Naruto or some other sappy flashback sequence. Naruto then pulls the goku/Kenshiro/Kenshin/Inuyasha/Ichigo/enterShounenHeroHere and snaps going full 9 tails. huge fight ensues where eventually bad guy loses, Naruto still unable to revert to normal after the fight and quickly losing his body starts going berserk, then here is where I believe if Sasuke hasnt been the someone important to die he will do something in order to either quell or remove Kyuubi from Naruto. He will pull a 4th Hokage and do something which will remove the 9 tails from existence, that is if there other ones are killed as well during the series, have yet to see it done so not sure if its possible. After the sacrifice, naruto and village honor whatever loses and such and we get some narration on the importance of this and that. We get a little time skip a couple years or maybe even more forward and we get to see what everyone is up to. All couples are revealed and it slowly moves up to the main characters, most likly Sakura saving someones life while something happens and she has to report to the Hokage. We get her barging in and we dont get to see the Hokage but we see the spikey yellow hair and familiar voice reporting something disturbing is happening again. This is what I think it will end up after all is said and done.

one of two things will happen
(1) huge fight at the end, sasuke kills itachi then cares nothing about life anymore, naruto dies, spurs him on to win the huge battle, and become the hokage- then shoot ahead to epilouge with all the couples and future lives of everybody

(2) same thing only naruto appears to die only to come back, save the day at the last second, cheer sasuke up, and become hokage in the epilouge.

It'd be cool though to get a full retelling of the series but from gaara's or another big character's perspective (and quite possibly a shika/temari one shot ending like ichigo 100% 😀 )

Yeah, there's a reason I plan on becoming an engineer, and not a writer.

itachi dies in front of sasuke, but not by sasuke.
kakashi dies in front of naruto because of some stupid thing done by naruto.
jiraya dies facing the ultimate enemies and leaves naruto something important.
sasuke lives and runs off to solitude after the final fight.
naruto becomes hokage.
sakura becomes incredibly pretty.
akatsuki loses, but managed to summon whatever it is they wanted with the tail beasts - naruto loses ninetails.
