Hana Kimi was a live action dorama this summer, I think the final (12th) episode aired recently & subs will be out soon... Haven't watched it yet, but the early reports were fairly positive - of course they did change some things, but they always do when adapting a manga to anime or dorama.
Yep, it ended about two weeks ago. Subs are already done. And, there's a taiwanese version too, it goes by title 'hana kimi', when the japanese is 'hanazakari no kimitachi e'.
I would like to see Ga-rei and Dolls as anime... 😃

I know Hana Kimi has been made into both Korean and Japanese dramas, but it's just not the same as an anime... I would go out, buy and worship a Hana Kimi anime.
I'd love to see a Battle Royale anime (again, live action just isn't the same), because there's so much that can be done with it, in terms of action sequences and splatter factor.
Oh, I'd LOVE Otomen as an anime! That would make my day!

uhhh... lets see
- the end of gokusen
- Tokyo Crazy Paradise (would love to see Tsukasa in anime!).
- skip beat! (I'm with everyone on that one).
could name a million more, but will leave it at that.
I agree with a lot of people about Skip Beat. It's such a good manga that they just CAN'T not make a manga out from.
Also I thought Hana Kimi was an anime. No wait....that's drama.

Two dramas, in fact. I really really like the Taiwanese one. Hahaha. So funny, although doesn't capture the manga very well.
"Blood Alone" it'll be another one of those sleeper animes. And um.."Nekoten", we need more animated cats!

I'm so happy that a lot of people want to see Skip Beat as an anime too. It would make my day to watch the Kyouko-demons come to life. Oh, and I agree with whoever said Blood Alone should be made into an anime. I think Angel Densetsu already has OVAs (looked it up on animenewsnetwork), but I haven't been able to find them. Cat Street and Hour of the Mice would be good too.
I get sad when a bad job is done with anime based on manga series I like. Wallflower was annoying imo, the character design was shotty in xxxHolic (seriously, the bodies were deformed in that anime), and Claymore had
kind of a weak ending. I can relate to the person who didn't like manga series being turned into anime.

But those are too good to be made into a series. Hm, maybe if they're really high quality like Seirei no Moribito.

ID_Entity (aka Yureka). But, because it's a manhwa, there's probably little chance that it will become one...
