I believe it was found on an image gallery from g.e-hentai, I've tried the similarity scanning but no luck.

Well, it looks like a footjob. You should try the category search on MU or maybe the tag search on g.e-hentai.

completely forgot about this thread untill i came across the image by chance while randomly inputting stuff on g.e-hentai its from - COMIC Tenma vol. 129 stats on page 235 i believe (too bad its not translated)
