I'm looking for a one shot romance manga about a painter (male) and the female having a one day to decide who dies between the two of them. It was a beautiful story but for some reason I haven't been able to find it again.

Possibly Half & Half (SEO Kouji)? It initially started as a oneshot but I believe it got serialized.
