I read this manage before about a higher schooler living with his uncle because his mom is single and works all the time. He falls for the uncle's friends who is a former model who opened his own cafe/restaurant. If I remember right the cafe owner is a bit twisted and bisexual. I think at one point the cafe owner gives the high schooler a piercing and is very possessive.
