It is about a high school boy who get drag in another universe. He had a wrist watch and each hours he needed to hurt himself like cutting his own finger in order to survive . he met a guy who was in this world longer than him . They kind of become friends, And he taught the boy how to survive in this world. And then a girl appeared and made then fight each other. That is where I stopped reading. Sorry if the description doesn't make any sense I read it long time ago.
