A couple of days ago, I read this typical shoujo and somehow misplaced it.
Here are some points I remember
-The male lead is very rich and has butler like person besides him always

• One morning he decides to take a train that commoners use.
• The female MC is on the train and is molested by someone and she mistakes the rich guy for the molester.
  -The butler somehow clears up the misunderstanding.
  -The rich guy gets interested in her and notes her school uniform.
• The next day, the rich guy has a whole train car booked for himself (cuz he's rich XD)
• He comes to see her at school in a helicopter. The MC's friends congratulate her for getting a rich boyfriend.
  -He takes her to his mansion, dresses her up in nice clothes and I think has a party (not sure)
  -Later, he takes her to his room to have intercourse but they're interrupted by the butler saying the guests want to see him.
  -He promises her that he'll make her his wife or gf (or something like that)
  .....rest I forgot
