what's up with Ubel Blatt..chapter 99 wasn't releset for a long time now..so wat, this manga is gone hiatus now??

From what i know no asking for releases but u can find the information about the status of the manga by just searching the manga in this site really, this is a site that shows status and from what i checked and and remember it has been on hiatus for a pretty long time and might continue for a while.
Next time i suggest you look it up for cases such as hiatus by searching for the manga and check the status and last time it was released or checking the group that scan the manga before asking on the forum much more faster and efficient then asking what could be known in few seconds, but as your relatively new and havent been posting much no harm i suppose 🙂

The site clearly states it's on Hiatus. Not to mention if you bothered to look up the scanlators page, they cleary stated that it's been on hiatus since 2009.
