I'm looking for a fantasy manga whose name I forgot. I remember reading this manga when I was young. It has beautiful colored covers and art. The genre is quite obviously Shounen. The protagonist is female, dark-skinned and iirc has short hair and carries a magic wand. There's a rival (?) male character with red (?), dragon-like eyes or something. It's set in a fantasy world with magic and all that. The characters use cards to cast spells and fight (or runestones I'm not sure). One of the spells the red-eye guy uses is tempest (I think...).

I read it in a physical form and it was licensed in my country but never got to read beyond the few first volumes, so it might not have been scanlated. Never seen it again so maybe it or its translation was discontinued.
