Manga volumes vs webcomic volumes vs webcomic season lengths

Are webtoons that eventually released in "volume" book format about the same length as manga volumes?
For example a 4 volume webcomic vs 4 volume manga.
Similarly are webcomic "seasons" generally the same length as a webcomic volume? Or it all depends?

It depends. A season for some webcomics would be around the same length as a regular shounen volume, but for others it might be closer to an omnibus at that point.
Usually webtoon formatted (ie long form webcomic) will have between 30-60 panels per chapter and normal shounen manga will have somewhere between 90-160 panels per chapter.
Webcomics in non-long form usually have the same amount of panels per page (6-8) as a normal shounen manga, but in many countries such as US/UK/Brazil etc, the chapter or volume length runs on the shorter side. Either chapters are half as long or the volume is.
It really all depends on author, publisher, and country for norms. I would nomally regard a naver webtoons season to be around the length of one shounen jump volume and any self published author only release (such as Sorcery 101 or Elfquest) to be an omnibus.
