What's with the 17% 1+ rating?

I've read Suzuka and Town. I don't mind spoilers but why the 17% low ratings? 😲

Fuuka, the daughter of the couple in Suzuka, is killed off by a truck early on. Also it's a story about a band rather than a love story.

Ok tnx. Read some of the reviews just now. So its best to treat this Fuuka as a side char since she's not the one in the title when i eventually read this.
