i want to know your opinion about manga which have potential to become H doujinshi, it's because of the art or character that make you think this manga might or must have an H version.

for my opinion : Binbougami ga!, Baketeriya, D-Frag!

The answer is mu, because the question is wrong. Everything can be rule 34'd. I learned that the hard way. In fact, there's probably H doujins of what you listed already, but hasn't been entered into the MU database yet. You should rephrase your question in a more precise way.
