It's about female and male high schoolers, kinda delinquents, I can't remember who the main character is.

The only scene that I can remember is, in the early chapter kinda flashback the female and male help some a female student that school in an elite school from getting bullied or something like that, and then for the gratitude she wants to grant a wish for the female, and she asks to borrow her uniform cause she wants to feel what is it like to wear and have an appearance like an elite student and then she has a walk with the male friend. At the end of the scene, she scolds her male friend for smoking cause she hates it.

A little information that I also can remember is, that the male silently likes the female, he stops smoking cause the female hates it, and he rides a motorcycle.

I kinda twisted, actually its the elite student who borrowed female lead uniform to try how it was to wear them.

And sadly I think the manga is discontinued because it says will release the volume 3 but it never happened.
