I can’t remember the name of this one manga about a socially awkward or recluse guy who’s dragged into being a third wheel by his couple friends and suddenly befriends a gender-fluid or intersex Alien or some other kind of supernatural entity who’s final gender will be decided by whether they fall in love or stay platonic.
