the male protagonist I think was in a bad part of the city and I think he got infected or something that gave him animal characteristics or at least made him transform into an animal. there were other people like him too and they were performers I think? one woman was performing with aerial straps I think that's what they call it and she turned partly into a spider lol idk that's all I remember.
