I didn't know that people still do that, guys have piercings everywhere these days.

It's supposedly the right ear I think... and the only reason I remember that is when you make and L with your index finger and your thumb and hold them up.. only your right hand makes a backwards L...

Or maybe I just pretty much pulled that theory out of no where 🤣 But I sersiously think someone told me that.. who knows though.. I can be pretty questionable at times.. 🤣

If you only have one earing and it's in your right ear then that is considered gay. If you have more than one earring then it doesn't really matter even if all of them are on the right ear.

It's the right ear. I actually pieced my nephews right ear by accident, and boy did I get in trouble

It doesn't really apply to people anymore, some still think it does, but I don't think now adays it really matters which side you pierce your ears on. It was more of a 70s-80s thing.

I think it's depend on the culture of where you live. My mom told me in the past in Vietnam, if your small son was sick (this happened to one of my cousins), you have one of his ear pierce and wore an earing. It was supposed to mean something to help your sick son's health. She forgot which ear the earing was supposed to be on.

For teenagers, for some reasons, you wore an earing, than people would probably call you gay, whether you were gay or not. But as time past, more and more males even wear earing on both ears, so who knows anymore.

I had seen males in my class wore earing before. No one called them gay.
