I only remember the cover of the manga, it was a kindergarten/child care teacher I think he was wearing an apron, and a guy with a semi wolf mask on was beside the teacher.

I don’t know it’s demographic, I tried searching under many genres and I can’t find it, I do remember the image of the manga being by the kindergarten school gate, not sure if the mask was reference to his wolf like personality.
