i guess this manga doesn't have a scanlator/translator group but i've read about 4 chapters and i really enjoyed it even though it was only 4 chapters. It was pretty confusing in the beginning, i think it will become clearer later on but then this project has been discontinued.

A discontinued project with interesting premises. beautiful bishies and all colour illustrations!!! Typical manhua though as far as I have read.however, ths has been made into a movie so it might be good.
