Is quite strange and funny how you can justify a dame-ningen personality... by having him as a zashiki-warashi! Not to mention an adult zashiki-warashi is not a warashi! And zashiki-warashi shouldn't be going outside to shop for snacks! Everyone seems to have a cheerful attitude, even Sachi stopped minding that she has a freeloader living in her room.
