Gantz:G is the definition of a spin-off cash in (note the advertisements at the end and the CG film is coming soon) but it´s nice to see that the female lead isn´t treated as a porn star. So far. It is what it is and i don´t expect a long run but i will probably last the distance.
Update: The series got axed after 3 volumes and accomplished absolutely nothing. So don´t even bother, you won´t miss anything.
