Description

 Dramatic and tragic

This reminded me of Flowers of Evil, the popular boy, the pretty girl and her relative, etc etc. But the ending is very different. It's a happier ending, despite the tragic twist. There is a lot of meaningless banter in the story that makes it somewhat slow but towards the end, it gets really dramatic and I couldn't stop reading. If you are a fan of dramatic love stories this is a must read but if you are searching for a light read then this isn't it.

As some have said, it's started out really good...but somewhere in the middle you just have to go "WTF?"
I liked the ending, I like when characters realize their mistakes and not have them forget about the people they hurt...

Since I don't like love triangles that never get solved, meaning that one party will forever remain heart-broken, I preferred what the author did to Shin-Bi, instead of having him remain dead-alive seeing as Hye-Min moved on, since their relationship was broken, all thanks to Ma-ha...
And Ma-ha... in the beginning he was your typical lovable loser, then you find out he was a player and even though he had his good points, he really hurt many people, yet Hye-Min chose him over her Oppa, who pretty much made her what she was...I was a bit put off by that,because even though he admits that Hye-Min now has the power to hurt him just like he had hurt others, he never actually repented for anything, and in the end, he had some part in Shin-Bi's death...


So all in all, I liked the story, but there are some things that could have been dealt with differently...
And Shin-Bi was by far the best character, I think

It started out good- i liked the main character a lot, and i liked the other characters. However somewhere around volume 5-6ish, it got noticeably more darker and went downhill from there. The author purposely makes you hate each of the characters- and i even ended up hating the main character who i really liked. Everyone is selfish and twisted.

i mean wtf, a pot fell on shinbi's head and he's bleeding meanwhile hyemin makes out with ma-ha while crying ?!

It got so bad that i couldn't even bring myself to read the rest of the last volume. Another good manga that went downhill... It could have been really good, but i think the author was too keen on making this into a melodramatic tragedy manhwa. If she had went in a different direction, like

It was beautiful. Better than I'd expected. I daresay, though, that if it wasn't completed, I'd have had not liked it quite so much as I did. It was very moving in an elegant sort of way, and heartbreakingly sad and happy at the same time. I can't say it was the best story I've ever read in my life (didn't make me cry), but I loved every moment of it. I'd read it again.

The description's a little misleading though.

Shin-bi (the older cousin) dies at the end of the eighth volume, I believe. T_T I really didn't like the fact that he had to die... Was he so insignificant that he had to die? ._. I can't accept that Hye Min and his relationship had become so that only one of them could survive... ._.

honestly i feel that a manwha's art is alot better than a manga's art. so the art in this manwha gets full marks, i really love the chibi form lol. the storyline is pretty interesting. and more often than not i really wanna kill those nasty bitches. and i hope hye min does that soon. XD since i'm only up to vol 2 at the moment i'll update this when i'm done lol , i wonder how long that will take confused but i strongly recommend this manwha XD

EDIT! : vol 6 at the moment. FINALLY! the manhwa eng trans is moving...took them forever =.= but the story is worth it. it keeps getting better definately a must read =D

i read the first 2 volumes, and it was interesting enough. the characters were amusing.


but then someone showed me the ending, so i didn't feel like finishing it anymore.

I liked this series, but i didn't like the ending very much T_T
I skipped and saw the raw of volume 9. It was sad

Agreed, there must SOME SHOUJO out there where the girl doesnt loose sleep over some guy because he is OH-SO-COOL. this is a fine welcome but sadly there doesnt seem to be as good a release as it was before...best part, the girl is not kawaii like a possible loli, doesnt have an overbearing bosom but a long forgotten school of beauty, heroine type which I like and damn, do I love long hair!!
