Description

Incomplete story, and where'd that come from?

I am disappointed an this point. I bought a used copy of XY a couple days ago and since I am still learning, my Japanese isn't anywhere near good enough so I read through the scanlation and manga simultaneously. Thing is, the original manga has four chapters featuring Nagisa and Takaya, an omake and a few other extra pages. Not only did the scanlation group not scan them, but Glass Fruit isn't part of the tankoubon either. I'm really confused as to why they didn't scan the story completely and where they took Glass Fruit from.

Edit: Glass Fruit is from Koi no Okite, apparently.

I wish I could rate the two stories separately. Glass fruit's plot was over the place. I don't really get it??!?? Like, he watched (actually, he was the one who orchestrated Tokio to be raped) Tokio getting raped, and when Tokio asked to be treated violently and told Masaya to walk out on his life, Masaya held Tokio and (kind of) declared his love. Where the hell is the logic in that? I can't really get the gist out of the story, and it's really annoying. The title story was okay, at least I got the gist of it (tho the plot was all over the place, whatever).

A manga that has a collection of stories, I rate for the story that made me feel strongly about something. And in this case, it made me feel hatred. I felt more hatred to the second story rather than the like I felt on the title story. So this rating is for the oneshot.

p.s. The gang rape and group intercourse was for the oneshot, so don't downvote categories when you haven't even finish the manga.

I don't see a story here whatsoever... it's a collection of weird, questionable events in a very messed up family!
I have nothing against incest in stories, blackmail and all that, IF it makes sense and adds to the story in some way, but this doesn't happen here... nothing is ever explained.

The mother... the father... I dunno even where to begin. (Also why does nobody ever bring up what that woman does after it comes out??)

I see no definite happy ending here.... it's.... just... uh.
The sidestory has at least a bit more of a 'plot' but is also just as all over the place and random, so no.

Don't waste your time, this has nothing going for itself.

I Found this storie really disgusting :/
First i'm not a fan of mother forcing her son or her sister's son to have sex with her !
I find this really disgusting, and then the boy does'nt even say anything, but he is already this big, pretty stupid to me 🤢

When the cousine found about his mom relashion ship with his cousine, he fainted ? And then we find them together outside when he just fainted in the house ? How come ?
It was a prettu weird storie, when the son find out about his mom's relation, he say's to his cousin " sorry my mom have put all the burden on you ?what the hellS that ? How does he know ? There is no explination, and we don't even know why the mom was doing this !

I really hated this storie i could'nt finished it ! Too disgusting and stupid for me sorry :/

the mother committed suicide. the aunt a serial rapist and a pedophile to boot. the cousin share the same sex partner with mom. the father fucked infront of the nephew and want to fuck the nephew too. LOL arent you too cheerful even after knowing your mom raped your cousin for the last 10 years? anyway, that poor guy got raped by everyone. n none of his rapist got called out or anything. seriously with all those sex crazed people the story not fleshed out at all. the characters are too flat and i cant empathised with any of them, even the protag.
i love incest, but this is BOO------RING

I was actually looking for another series called A, A', or XY, when I stumbled across this. At first I thought I was actually reading that series, then, when I realized the truth, I just decided, since I had already started this one, to finish it.

I can't say much really positive about the story. Pretty much everything is unrealistic, and abusive situations are romanticized and idealized to a point that makes me ill. I can deal with that sort of idealization in pure hentai and some yaoi, because the story itself is aware that it isn't aspiring to anything other than pure titillation. I guess this story bothered me because it pretends to have a plot, and then grotesque things like spoiler alert the aunt' who periodically rapes her nephew and the long lost father who appears in one of the last chapters and wants sexual favors from his teenage nephew appear. This to me is too much to just allow the characters to deal with as if it were normal. The second instance mentioned is also a gross case of negative stereotyping as well, imho. I guess I just shouldn't take the whole thing so seriously, but it offends me...

XY and Glass Fruit

XY-Main story, in which pretty much everyone is having sex with every one else, though it straightens out in the end, with a happy ending.

Glass Fruit-Ah, well, it's different I'll give it that. Maybe something was lost in translation, maybe I'm missing something but I don't really understand this oneshot at the end of this book.

Overall it's an okay read, but this is Asami's early work so be prepared for giraffe necks, changing heights/proportions, and massive light saber penises.

Good title story...

The title story of this volume is pretty good. I enjoyed it. It wasn't the best yaoi title I've read, but it was entertaining. However, the side story is downright awful. It seriously made my head spin with its awfulness. I wish the volume had ended on a brighter note than with THAT one-shot. 🙁
