Houjou Academy is a private school, isolated from the rest of the world and attended by the heirs of rich and noble bloodlines. At the center of everything is the first son of the Hanabusa family, Kinu. Through direct or indirect involvement, he is responsible for the scars carried by the students of Houjou Academy--he is like their God. The cycle of base desire and higher love begins with the introduction of an unsullied girl named Nanaha, whose denial of Kinu's casual touch causes him to reevaluate his perception of women, and he cannot help but leave a scar on her as well...

i give it a 10 
i find the plot unusual and i guess that's the reason why i love it so much. well, i just love extreme romances. what i mean is doing the impossible for the one you love, meeting your fated one in an impossible encounter and that's what this manga is all about.
so my rating, obviously, is a 10

I think the smut is getting boring, if its just random stories and couples
being thrown at you. This manga was a very disappointing word compared
to the rest of mashin sensai's work. Gave me a huge headache when it didn't
make any sense at all.. |

Well,... I read it twice and I still have no idea what was going on! Was that really English I was reading? Because what they were saying made no sense to me. Like it was some kind of secret code used by the military. ( " Beatle1 to Red Shark. Come in Red Shark" - ***hisssssss, static, crackle, crackle static*** "...-with the banana!... I REPEAT,.. The telephone pole has left with the banana! Over..." )
It doesn't help matters any when you have to see a name in order to tell one character apart from another. Come to think of it, Im not even sure how many characters are even in this story.
Aside from that, it had some pretty good smuttiness going on.

I don't think it's confusing like what others said it was but I think it's bcuz there r too many characters in it like how all the guys like different girls n so different story lines for each pair. The story was ok n ok drawing too nothing special about it.

it was really confusing, but good for the people that can UNCONFUSE it cus it was REALLY CONFUSING but if you can keep up with it it will be good foru BUT i only went up to volume 2 then i quit and i usaully finish most of the mANGA that i read soooooooooooooooooooooooooo....................................7

Totally hooked on this one, at first i was hesitant but you can easily get wrapped up because it has a good story line and the art is great too, lots of bishies. Too bad we cannot seem to find the rest anywhere....

This manga is one giant soap opera. It's the worst kind of overly complex, cloying drama, so bad they couldn't even think of putting this on TV. And I love it. Love love love love! I like to re-read it late at night while I'm alone with my dogs and sniffle in their fur over all the improbable uber-tragic happenings. It's the kind of thing that I could never admit to liking if it weren't for internet anonymity.
It's all very much in the style of the author, who seems to like churning out this sort of tear-soaked smut. Bless her for it!

i personally thought it was pretty good. the characters all have developed pasts and personality that befits them. each have lived through different circumstances, but all are connected in someway or another. i'd say this manga is random, but tastefully done so.

its..not a shounen manga..and i would think we would all know that...and yes..a shounen manga from ShoujoMagic..is..maybe gunna happen in the next few years?
