Look, this is one of those "persistent seme gets beaten up until the uke gives in" stories. It ain't deep, nor is it realistic. The art's not that good either, especially the mouths. However, I was still relatively on board (or at least didn't mind it that much) until the Masaki reveal. By the way he is set up, you'd think he was Kuroda's ex—after all, Kuroda kisses Myouenji because he mistakes him for Masaki. And you'd be wrong!



So if we removed that and the rushed confession+sex combo scene, this manga would stand at around a 7, mostly because of the janky mouths and the plot that's been done before dozens of times. But with all those lazy 2000s yaoi clichés, I can't give it more than a 5.

It has the worst ending I have ever read on a lighthearted bl manga omg, so disappointing, imo don't waste your time reading this!

Here I was, think that it's the big guy who's the scary one and instead it's the short guy! But that's alright too. But what's with the romance Not enough! And no one even mentions the height difference! I'm so disappointed! (TT_TT)

For that reason, it gets a 7 from me. Good story but reading it once is all you need. Nothing memorable.

Nothing about this yaoi is original safe the view point, and personality of the seme which was only original because he was a seme. Kuroda was a familiar uke type, and many situations in the manga have been seen before. It was cute, and funny, but mundane.

The confession was very abrupt, and very very rushed, almost slapped together, it was a bit annoying.

Nothing wrong with it, I just wished it would be longer. Then it would get even better. Cute plot, Ok art, Ok characters, although I acutally liked Myouenji. He was pretty dull and foregettable, but I just couldn´t bring myself to hate him.

This manga is a cute/fun quick-read. Not for you who is looking for something with a plot. Also this one is good for yaoi starts, because it was more of a Shounen ai then a yaoi.

The story was great - until the ending. The ending seemed rush and anticlimatic as far as the whole Masaki mystery.

It was magnificent how the mangaka drew the uke in such a way that he seemed graceful and beauitful in his gangly, long-limbed and ridiculously large and awkward uke stumbles all over the manga pages. The art was a delight. It made up for the somewhat dubious plot. He was so silly, the way he kept up his loyal devotion to a master that beat him (in a bizarrely affectionate way). LOL.

Other than the 'violence' it isn't graphic. More just humourous. Shounen Ai, rather than yaoi.

Usually I don't enjoy seeing the story in the point of veiw of the seme but he was just so akward and adorable it was hard not to love him The ending was cute and funny too. Recommended for a cute, short read (nothing to mermorable though...which is why I rated it an 8)
