The main story is as clichéd and predictable as it can get. Characters are pretty annoying and one-dimensional too. First oneshot is average, if not a bit creepy since both main characters were supposed to have fallen in love when one was still a 7th grader while the other a fully grown adult.
The last oneshot is definitely the only high point of this compilation volume. It's very cute and fun, and the whole cast is great. The puppets are all adorable!

First story was mediocre and stupid. How do you expect some honesty with the person you love if you can't even be honest with yourself? Eugh
Skip the first story and read the oneshots. They're good ones compared to the first story.

1 story - 3 points (for art, the story is so naive, plain, so stupid I couldn't stand it)
2 story - 8 points (really nice, quite fresh, lovely one shot & beautiful art)
3 story - 7 points (really nice read but hmm there is no kiss, even one, this story should have continuation)

I had trouble taking the seme in the main story seriously because his name was Philnaldo. ...Not the sexiest name to shout out mid-coitus lol
BUT I thought that chapter 6 was precious--it had me chuckling because of the uke's(?) persistence. Definitely read chapter 6.

The title story in this manga was nothing more than average. Quite boring, but not too bad. The Oneshots in chapter 5 and 6 were really nice though. They had me lost in their world, which is what a book is supposed to do in the first place. If I were to only rate the oneshots I'd give it a 8.5 or even a 9. But since one reads a manga usually in whole, I rated it as such. Hence the 7.
the story is good but not that good there's nothing much to say about this one.. but there is one thing.. this reminds me of freezing flame by kanbe akira in the chapter " melting flame"

I'm also putting my vote in for Chapter 6 being the only one worth reading. Ch 1-5 were boring, mindless, cliche stories that have been around the block 100 times already. Ch 6, on the other hand, was a breath of joyous fresh air that will certainly make you smile.
Chapter five was the highlight of this collection! It was very unusual and greatly intriguing! My only complaint is that it would be better if it had a whole tankobon devoted to its development. It has enough going for it that, with more depth, it could have explored pain and grief amazingly.
The chapter in this, a sub-story, about a high-school puppet club leader determined to force the most frightening guy in school to join his club, is brilliant. 
It is absolutely the funniest manga I have ever read, and sweet too. The early story is excellent too, about a playboy prince who isn't, (quite...) as bad as he seems. I recommend all the stories by this author.
