Description
The heroine is named Kinoshita Sakiko. She is 20 years old, and a college student. She is totally in love with her 28 year old university professor, Chifyu-sensei. He is tall, moody, and handsome, with short dark hair and sexy eyes. Unfortunately for Sakiko, he always refuses her very aggressive displays of affection. Yet she never gives up. Even when faced with a housing crisis, Sakiko goes to drastic lengths to earn money so she can stay in the area and continue her pursuit of her teacher. However Sakiko isn't very bright when it comes to making money. She actually tries to sell herself on a street corner!! But her price is too high, and no one is interested. Then she meets a guy on the street named Natsuo. He is also really cute, with long blond hair. He is interested in Sakiko, and after one really great kiss, he takes her to his apartment. Things are starting to get steamy when they are interrupted by the arrival of Natsuo's brother. Guess who it is?

Yoshihara-sensei is probably one of my favorite artists. Her characters are always well-develop, her plots are always simple, and she never ceases to make me laugh.
But, truth be told, I'm not really crazy about this one. Although it shares some similarities to Itadakimasu, the latter is just a little bit more bearable for me. Had the love triangle excluded that one particular complexity, then I would have been able to appreciate it more.
This is probably the only series that I've read by Yoshihara that I didn't completely like, but I won't deny it's fun factor and classic Yoshihara humor either.

I love Yoshihara Yuki! This manga cracks me up. So funny. The plot is a bit insipid(okay, a lot insipid), but it's enjoyable. It's funny. And I have to say, the art isn't half bad either. Classic smut art--pleasing to the eye, and Yoshihara throws in some very funny faces.
The humor is a tad mature, as are some of the scenes, but I think most of us can handle it. That being said, it's classic Yoshihara Yuki, so if you didn't like her other work, then I don't think this is the manga for you. |

| I didn't hate it, but I didn't like it at all by shoujo22 on July 30th, 2009, 9:12am |

Um...I usually love Yoshihara-sensei's stuff (because of the complete and utter crack), but this series just didn't do it for me. Sakiko, what were you thinking?
Spoiler (highlight to view) Losing your virginity to your love interest’s younger brother, and proceeding to practice sex techniques with him while still claiming to be head over heels for the love interest? That's kinda....
Strangely enough, I loved the character design. Their personalities were pretty good, and they were quite comical. Had that central plot been a little different, I would have loved this story just as much as sensei's others. I know that Sakiko was made out to be a straight forward "go-getter"-type heroine (and most of the time I really loved her for that), but *sigh*...really now. I was a little disappointed. I'm not even going to lie.
Like I've said, I don't hate this series. It was actually very good, and Yoshihara'sensei is just as thorough as ever. This one series just wasn't my thing. That's just my opinion though. Nothing more

Story --- 6 Art --- 10 Characters --- 8
The story itshelf is brainless but it's good for persons who are looking for something funny and not too much complicated and here, the manga makes his role well. Even thought, we could find more funny and interesting mangas. The plot almost doesn't exist but sometimes there is no need of a main plot. The mistake here was the non diversity. If we whant to keep are readers intertening we nee to make each chapters diferents or else the story becomes repetitive witch is that case. The art remembers me of another mangaka... I like the way she does the eyes and the nose. It's pretty original and beautifull. Here I don't think I have nothing to complain. The characters are original but there personality, at times, becomes almost ridicolous and exagereted like the main character who should be more grow up for here age. Witch means if you are looking for a light comedy you have find the story you are looking.

| Amusing, but by emmirose on July 14th, 2009, 9:29pm |

I had issues with the plot... At first it seemed sort of intriguing, but who could I side with a woman who does anything she to have her sensei divorce his wife? Although the ending kind of fixed that I suppose... =/
It does have very funny moments scattered throughout the manga, so I did have my laughs when Sakiko-san acted over the top.
For people who love the smutty scenes, this would probably be a decent read for you.

Not a BAD plot, a little cliche, but all and all no bad (not good either... more... fair). What turned me off was the use of sex as the vocal point of the plot. Don't get me wrong, I'm a girl who loves her smut, but that just was.... well it could have been more... I don't know how to describe it, but it just wasn't a strong manga. And that's that.

Spoiler (highlight to view) THEY ENDED UP ALL TOGETHER~ so happy~ and the twins.. SO CUTE!!! waaaaah. i love it.
i loved everything except the whole sensei-wife arc. that was really cold (of him. boo sensei for that~). and natsuko is sooo cute~ falling in love for the first time.. although i was scared with him and that one lady.. even though he deserved it but..
very cute.. and different.. LOL very different XD oh, but i still don't really get her mentality of "if i practice with natsuo, sensei's technique will get better!" i was like.. what? hahahaha.
cute, light, funny read, with smut x3

Normally I love Yoshihara's work I love that it's normally light hearted and funny. They keep a smile on my face nearly the whole time I'm reading them. But this one makes me a little sad and angry. The main-character is a girl that you would normally hate in a manga. Wanting the man to leave his wife and interfering in his life anyway possible and constantly trying to seduce him. I think this is an okay manga but it definitly isnt one of my favorites especially under the curcumstances.

I guess it's funny and comical but what's wrong with the characters? It's so sad that it kills anything comical about it. The main heroine is indeed very desperate to put herself second and becoming the love slave for the guy who is stuck in a loveless marriage.
Anyway ridiculous, not worth reading.
