Description

This manga's cover isn't very enticing, and neither is the description, but the story itself is pretty cute! Of course it's totally predictable and full of cliché situations, it's not a read for someone who's expecting the new most original and touching manga in the world, but it's exactly what I was looking for and that's precisely why I went to Minami Haruka-sensei's titles. It's cute, it's adorable, it DOES have a good plot and everything about it, including the characters, is relatively well developed. I am in love with Hokuto, seriously. He seems like a bad boy, but is actually the prince-type! What could be better than that? He pretends and does all kind of thing to seem like a player, but in fact he's only trying to get Yukito's attention, and that makes him lovely. Yukito's not bad either. He isn't whiny, he only cried when he was being teased to his limit. And I love the way he can't resist Hokuto's seduction and just goes along with it, it's hilarious!
BUT I even like the secondary characters! Sei is actually my favorite, I wish there was a manga only for him and sensei. He is a really nice guy from the beginning, and is just looking for some fun when he provokes Yukito. Sensei is okay too. He is indeed too perverted, but I like him, and they're both amazingly hot. Well, it is a Minami-sensei's title after all...But I wish I could see their story as a couple.
Anyways, a great read if you're looking for a fun, light and cute manga!
PS: Are Hokuto's and Yukito's dads in love with each other? o.o
For a work by this mangaka, this has a rare semblance of plot! Of course, as usual, it's very cute and light-hearted, full of lovey-dovey scenes, silly sex talk, and pretty art. What more can you ask for from Minami Haruka?
I have to admit that Minami sensei's art work is fantastic but the plot for all of her manga is just 'bout sex! T_T And this manga has the same type as the others yaoi manga of hers, at least it has a good start.But why can't Minami tries to creates some thing deeper and something sweet with romance scene....such a pity! (her art work is the only thing that keep everyone keep reading )
Compared to her other works which is basically all about sex, sex and more sex, I rather like this one. It actually has a plot although not that good but at least it doesn't just revolves around two guys doing naughty things.
The usual BL story with no twist. Its a good read for people who havent read a hundred other similar stories. If you're looking for something fresh, new, and different....look elsewhere. Arts done by minami so it's good as usual.
