Cute

The two stories from the adaptations are really cute. The romance is somehow "in between the lines", not thrown so much into the readers faces. It seems like the protagonists are not even aware about the reasons why they keep chasing after they other part till the very end. The art is nice and the general feeling of the manga speaks "cute" all over the place.

Hmmm...

From the oneshot, it's like Sakura Haiji's artwork has improved quite a bit but the story is kinda "meh": it lacks the tension and other interesting qualities of his previous works. Quite disappointing... though we'll see if his other newer works have fared better than this.
