Description
From CPM: Elle lives in "Full House," the house that her architect father built before passing away a few years ago. She loves the place, but one day, people come to kick her out, claiming that the place now belongs to the famous actor Ryder Baye.
It was promising but they kept repeating the same retardedness over and over again!! All 108chapterswererepetitive. Especially the last volumes were just uninteresting, because you can fully guess what happens but they just haven't been resolved it yet. I was just reading to say I finished. I think this manga would have been so much better if they cut it in half Like Ellie should have just died, Ryder should have just regretted her dying and suicide and D.O.N.E. But besides that, the art was okay and every other character was okay except Lisa. She was retarded. After doing all that she realizes by herself every single wrong she did and had a complete 180 change of heart in almost no time. It was like the manhwaka just wanted to wrap it up quickly and had to do something about the antagonist.
I jumped into this series immediately after finishing Let Dai, which was amazing. This, however, drove me crazy. It was pretty good in the middle but by the last few volumes I found I just didn't care about the main characters anymore. I liked many of the supporting characters, such as Miranda and the grandmother, but Ellie and Ryder kept pissing me off. Their complete lack of faith in each other and their unwillingness to speak what they were thinking made the story drag. It just kept going. Even though I already knew how it ended I almost wanted one fo them to just die.
Ohmygosh, so much drama... But heres some of my deeper thoughts: The Plot was a bit draggy. This manga is very similar to 100% Perfect Girl but is inferior compared to that one. Its just the same plot line over and over again and lacked many of the dramatic scenes 100% Perfect Girl had. I finished it in 1 sitting but Full House I left it for a year and then picked it up again. And really, one of the thing that I hated the most was

which was about 16volumes too late. This manga could have easily cut off 5vols or so but bonus ending, so +point
This manhwa drove me crazy. At first it started off good and got better but

after the time Ryder and Ellie got married I felt like they were going in circles with their relationship. They misunderstood each other, argued, and got back together quite a lot. It was frustrating to see. I was glad when all the misunderstandings finally stopped and they were able to get together.
Oddly enough I didn't drop it and continued to read it. I am glad I did. It was strangely addicting for me and I was happy with the out come.
This is one of those long and agonizing stories that make you cringe, laugh and shrug your shoulders at times. Glad that I stuck with it and completed it. The art was well and the story managed to continue to keep my interest.
As has been noted by others, this story has a lot of emotional yo-yoing that gets exhausting after awhile. You just want to smack the hell out of the chick for being a b*tch, and I mean that her behavior is outrageous for a good 4-6 volumes before she realizes she really loves him and wants to be with him. That's 4-6 volumes of her never letting him get the last word, her smacking him for stupid things, her not ever listening until he finishes his explanations, and it seriously gets old.
If, however, you can power through it, the story gets interesting again around vol 7-9. Their relationship starts to flower, but the 4-6 volumes of bad blood have their repercussions. The other relationships are interesting, and, despite my complaining, the female main is a very smart, well-educated woman. Not beautiful (apparently) but charming. Right now (as I type), the scanlation is at vol 11 ch 80, and it's nice to see the female main TRYING to mend their relationship. Because, really, as a reader, I felt so sorry for the male main character. Poor guy, seriously, wth...
Otherwise, the art is average, but part of that is due to scan quality, which (over the course of 11 volumes) wavered between LQ and HQ, as did the scripting and the naming (the female main goes from Ellie to Alley and a couple of other changes). The price you pay for so many different groups scanlating, I guess. I'm still reading it because I like Ryder quite a bit as a character, and I'm looking forward to something positive happening in the end.
I have a serious problem with the way this manhwa is going. In the beginning I thought it was amusing the way they were at each others throats all the time while steadily getting closer, and then we had breakthroughs in there relationship while they were escaping from Henry, but then the author had to go and piss it all away within a few chapters. It's really a shame too because they could have avoided all that trouble if they just learn to communicate better, and by the way i have only read up to 53 so i dont know what happens after but since there are roughly 8 volumes left to scanlate the author is probably going to keep playing emotional yo-yo. So i am seriously not reading another chapter until they finish scanlating it.
At first i was a bit unsure but ive loved reading it and cant wait for the rest to come out, both characters bring the worst out in each other but are perfectly matched. It has a great plot once you get into it which makes it a great read.
I can understand the interest in this manwha, what with the popularity of Korean drama with the same title which starred Superstar Song Hye-Kyo and multi-talented Rain/Bi in it, plus an array of A-list stars that supported the drama. But readers must not raise their hopes up for the manwha. It contains tha basic concept, girl have a house which was stolen from her, became engaged to a spoiled actor who thinks so highly of himself etc. Please bear in mind that the Kdrama already had the style of a great scriptwriter (one who wrote Attic Cat) in it when it got on screen. If you want to read the comic, ditch the style of Full House Kdrama in your head coz you'll really be disappointed.
I haven't read past the first chapters yet, but I can't say that this manhwa is all that good.
I mean, she gets her house, her HOME taken away by some rich asshole and then that very guy drives her over destroying both her work and breaking a bone, and she doesn't even get angry at him? There's like 10 pages of her and him in the hospital and while she finally gets a little bit angry, not once do I even read the words 'house' or 'home'? Can you get any worse than that?!? This manga as a whole just isn't really believable. I mean, why would the guy/manager who never in his life disappointed the male lead go and forget his room number? That makes the whole act of the female lead entering the male lead's room by 'accident' phony.
