Many shows in anime tend to have blood and guts, violence, cussing, and nudity so they're normally not for little kids but in my friends family even her little sister who's 7 watches anime all the time!! though I should be the one talking I sneak it behind my parents backs good times good times
Manga that come after the Anime series never hardly ever follow the anime plot line, and they Really usually end in few volumes, if it was the other way around then u should expect 10 volumes or what nat...
besides that i thought the anime for this was great thought the whole way, until near the Apocalypse kinda end, when they gave us a Reset ending. it completely became un-re-watchable.
Watched and own the anime so was interested in the manga adaptation. While enjoyable if you hadn't seen the anime I couldn't help but constantly make comparisons and the anime by far outshines the manga. They cut so many corners and lost the entire feeling of the story. They would have been better off taking their time and stretching it out over more volumes. The short length didn't allow for proper character development, which is almost a crime since the characters are so interesting, and would frankly be confusing to those who hadn;t seen the anime. The art work is good though so I give it some credit and the concept is amazing.
As the previous members said about the book, the anime is much because it has more details and explains what is happening. The character development was more developed. And what i find important, they had better fight scenes. Although it is 30 episodes, some of the episode are review episodes. They are in the middle and basically sum up the important parts. (this is good if you watch a little bit and then go back, if you watch it all at once, then you might want to skip these.)
The real tragedy about this manga is that it had so much potential--just look at the anime series. The issue was length; the creator tried to finish a story that should've taken at least ten manga to cover in only two, and everything happens so fast that the reader can't comprehend much of it.
But, even if everything else was horrible due to the restriction, the art is quite enjoyable. Too bad characterization and plot were limited by the series length.
I've read the first volume of this, and I have to say that the anime is much better. They tried to cram the whole 30 episodes into 2 volumes, and it doesn't really work.
