i dont know anything about mahjong...i wish i knew so i could appreciate this manga more but still there's plenty other ridiculous stuff going on apart from mahjong here...i mean a manga about the world's political leaders sorting out their differences over mahjong!! has to have some interest even if it's just for checking it out!!!

it doesn't really make me burst out laughing but i quite enjoy it...some giggles here and there...except for the latest chapter (ch.11) which was hands down hilarious...that totally caught me off guard....it was so funny in a ridiculous way

i guess it makes for a nice waste of time (lol)

by the way wasn't prez koizumi the one who's a manga-anime fan?? if he is I applaud the mangaka for using him in a manga...hehe well done bigrazz PP that's the true comic spirit

Some knowledge of mahjong will help you understand just how ridiculous the hands can be, but I think even if you know nothing about the game, you will be able to appreciate the off-the-wall concept, expressions, quotes, and artwork. It takes itself so seriously but it's so silly that I can't help but bust out laughing whenever I read it.
