Good, but a little repetitive

Nonoka always uses the phrase "what are you most afraid of?", which can be boring as the story progresses. Besides, other characters weren't introduced carefully, and we didn't get to know them better (especially for the detective). But generally, it's good
What to say...?

What can I say about this manga? Well, I wanted more. Two volumes felt so short; there was definately potential for it to be a longer series. Several characters were introduced near the end and it seemed like the mangaka had plans for it to be longer but it got axed. Personally I felt it was quite an unusal idea - I've never read anything where a girl can talk to stuffed animals/dolls before.
I didn't really think of this as a horror, more like a mystery with a shounen aspect, but a more seinen feel to it. In short; I would've liked more, but it's a good read even so.

This is not exactly my type of mystery/dark manga. The artwork is exceptionable, the dark theme is exceptionable, but the plot isn't. This a time-killer manga, not exactly something meant to last for awhile.

I agree that this manga is great. It does have rather cute art(although it appears slightly creepy at times as well) and the storyline is interesting. It captures the reader's attention.
But I disagree with BLERGHtrue that some of the issues are cliche. I don't feel that the issues are cliche. I do agree that some situations(ie. Nanoha's classmates bullying her 'cause she's weird, "sudden" appearances of classmates previously not shown) in the manga are cliche, but I don't think the same of the issues that are dealt with.
The first chapter was a tad disappointing. I read the first half and gave up on it, feeling that it was a story that went nowhere. But I went back and gave a chance on it. It turned out to be good. I liked the characters; I liked the story issues; I liked the dark atmosphere. Everything seemed to be enjoyable.
I don't know about the romance, but I do agree that this would be a great manga to start delving onto the dark side with. There are lots of "darker' psychological manga out there, but this manga will slowly ease the reader in, with nothing too creepy or too horrifying to deal with.

the most appealing me to -me- of this manga is its art! it's cute, but over-the-top cute. simple but still beautiful i love this the most.
it has an interesting story-line with a slight-supernatural theme (not elaborated too much so far though)
i like the psycological aspect of it, but at the moment the type of psycological issues characters face is just a bit cliche, already-done etc. It has the potential to go into darker regions (which is what i prefer) but it may not as if seems to be targeted at a younger audience - despite being labeled seinen. Or maybe i read too much dark manga, who knows
This still gets a 9/10 from me seeing that the manga has already established some very interesting characters, a clear setting and good looking people I also like the fact that the protagonist of this manga isn't the heroine(? aka super-special person?) here - the outsider perspective makes things more interesting.
I would recommend this if you like mystery and horror, but not the type that etches into your mind like a stick caught under a nail. There's also a hint of romance and general bad-ass-ance. GREAT art.
A good horror starter.
