It's a manga about fitting in and being accepted. A manga about not minding differences between races, about how people can get along no matter where they're from.
That pretty much sums it up, we're viewing things from the perspective of Fuu, a half-elf girl that ends up at a flying city full of different races and people that are shunned outside for various reasons. The chapters are about her daily, slice-of-life journey from when she arrives to the city until when she helps two factions of the city accept eachother. Generally, it's just an episodic manga showing her acting cute, taking care of the shop and getting along with people, usually new ones.
I felt like this manga was actually a bit moving towards the end even if it was an overall simple and unrealistic story. It's something of a light-hearted comedy that also mixes in some slight drama with life messages. You'll find nothing depressing here, rather than that it'll build up a pretty good mood.
While not being part of the best manga out there, I feel like it deserves an 8/10. Simple, nothing flamboyant or complicated, just a rather short(it was cut at a good moment, 2 volumes was just the right length for something like this) and cute moral story with some jokes mixed in.
