The red crescent-shaped eyes are the proof of the Kyuubi dwelling in Naruto's body. Sasuke doesn't know of the Kyuubi, but even though he doesn't understand Naruto's agressive behaviour towards his mirror image he doesn't judge his behaviour. Naruto, however, feels guilty because he doesn't tell Sasuke about the Kyuubi although the raven treats him so kindly.

Sasuke got injured on a mission and has been unconscious for four days. Seeing Sasuke like that, Naruto remembers the time when he thought Sasuke died in the Wave Country and starts to cry, not knowing what how to live without him.
