One point for art and another point for the sister's character. Everything else was ruined by the brother. His opinion of a proper girl being "obedient and elegant" was filled with underlying sexism. I don't know but does this happen often with a male mangaka? As siblings, I think he should have focused more on accepting his sister for who she was and helping her to become a school banchou. That would've been funnier.

It was okay to read. The sister, Jin, has an interesting character, and I'm quite fond of her, actually. The brother, Konoe, was a pestering fly, and an annoying one at that. Konoe was a weak character, honestly, and I'm a bit confused as why a brother would want to change their sister in the first place. Siblings should accept each other, even their flaws, as corny as that sounds. I'm not exactly sure if he thought changing her into a feminine girl was for the better, or his pet-peeve is tough girls, but it made me question afterwards what type of principles he was raised under. The plot was okay for a one-shot. It's not completely original, but it's not entirely cliché either. I personally believe it should stay a one-shot, as I see no further interesting, original plot lines you can add to the current one. If it did become a series, it may drag, and it could go downhill from there. The art was okay as well. Not intricate or elegant like 'Bride of the Water God', but not an eye sore bomb, either. It suits well for this manga. My final comment is this, 'Read it if you have absolutely nothing else to do.' • • • • • Plot ; 7/10 Characters ; 7/10 Art ; 7/10

Great story plots for the oneshot. Really hope it can become an ongoing series. The action and comedy really matches well. Art is fantastic as well. Overall, good for a try. ... Last updated on October 9th, 2010, 1:06pm
