There are plenty of h-manga that are a collection of oneshots, but this one drops into the category of h-manga with a single great storyline.
Just like the prequel (Flat 37c), this one's about the perverted relationship between teens. There's a good element of romance, with a bit of drama but this is a hentai so there's only so much that you can expect out of this manga.

Actually has a cool story too.
I like TSUKINO's mangas, there's always nice art and nice plot.
