This was all half-assed. The story was not thought through. The characters ended up remaining the same throughout the whole story with no real development in their roles, and they didn't even get a proper ending. The art was great, though. (By art, I am referring to the eye candy)
i really liked this manga eventhough the end was a bit sudden ... i would have liked some more chapters but well i still think it is and it was worth reading and i like the heroines character - shes actually "fighting" for what she wants and isnt one of those girls who start to cry and waits for the help to come on its own - if you get what i mean
The manga stated good and ended terribly. It feels like the mangaka or author was too lazy to think of better plot and ending. Reading this manga left me with sense of confusion, I can't tell whether I liked or not.
Well, In my personal opinion, it's not as bad as it seems...The transition of the story to another is just too fast..the plot is not that bad too...i guess, for me it's cute...Nagi's dumbness is what making it cute, and Aoi's not such a bad character either...he's carefree like Nagi's dad..and I admire his love for shoujo mangas..only here in this manga that I've encountered a guy reading a shoujo manga. hehe..
Some people seems to have found the girl annoying, maybe if it had been a longer manga I would have too, but she didn't really piss me off. It did seemed like the switch of affection was kind of fast, however you could just assume that she didn't realize that she actually loved

Aoi.
Bascially the romance was weak, but it wasn't a bad story.
To be honest, I thought this was absoulutely ridiculous. The girl, Nagi... She's just f'kin dumb. NO JOKE. She fell for the jerk than the guy who helped her, who's annoying as hell? DID NOT SEE THAT ONE. I absoulutely did not. I actually liked Yoji in the very beginning, for him being such a hot jerk... But I changed my mind along the way, and decided I hated every character in this story. However, he did get a little better in the end, so he wasn't the worst douchebag in this story. For me, Aoi was the worst. Aoi ditching everyone to train with Nagi's mother was a SHOCK. a big one. Just when I thought he can't get any worse than to slap a girl, I thought, WOW WHAT THE F'K WAS THAT. I admit, most of the guys in this is a HOTTIE. Definite HOTTIE. BUT, the problem is that they're just f'kin douches. Some of them got better, AOI HAVE NOT. c: I wanted to punch Aoi across his face. He annoyed me with all his tsundere-ness. He seemed like tsundere to me, and I absoulutely love tsunderes. Except Aoi. Ughh. Nagi's mom, her mom... Omigod. Are you f'kin kidding me? Her mom treated her that way after all these times, and it was just ridiculous. After her mom acting like that to her OWN DAUGHTER, I thought, " Wow. I guess this manga is just full of douchbags." The art was great, it's just that it's been wasted in such a bad story. I wish she could've saved the energy up for her other work, Biyaku Cafe, than this 'thing'.
I quite like this manga it wasn't particularly good but sweet and I quite like the ending. It's a nice quick read and it's easy too. The girl did get annoying sometimes and it wasn't believeable but still. But onlt really read it if you've got time to spare.
This was so bad, I don't even know what to say. I was expecting something so much more. The only thing good about it was the artwork. The characters and the plot totally sucked. There was so many plot holes too. In the beginning the girl was saying that swam alone on the island a lot...but then she can't swim?! WTF?! What was she doing then? And the pool is shallow enough to stand...how is she possibly drowning? The characters themselves are good looking...and thats as far as it gets. Her parents are colder than all the other characters combined.
I really like the art in this manga, the human figure (either of boys or of girls) drawn in a swimming suit is really nice and here it's is very nicely drawn. The story is not really believable, I mean... there are actually people who, even when grown up, want to start something new, and it's great that you want to start swimming no matter your age (it's something everyone should know how to do) but it's a completely different thing if you want to not just learn how to do it but become a gold medalist doing it when you're about 15 and you have never done it in your life.
I really disliked the personalities of the characters, being so mean with each other all the time, like noone could be open about their feelings or noone could be happy about things that surrounded them.
I would recommend this... if you wanted something really light to read, with a plot based on something quite silly. The art is lovely. XD
This series was really bad. There was no point to it. The plot (if you could even call it that) wasn't anything. The art was beautiful and that was about the only thing going for it. I was so disappointed since I had read this work because Ukyou Ayane was the mangaka and I enjoyed reading her previous work Desire Climax. The main girl was weak. WEAK!

She can't even swim. And it is like she doesn't even try to learn. And the way she switches the person she likes is just ridiculous. Her mother who is not in her life for sixteen years and finds her useless to her, smiles at the end like "Heh. I knew she could do it."
Just what the heck is that? The ending was completely... >.> Read Galacticon's review for futher details. Do not read it unless you have time to waste.
