Description

Art is nice but the plot jumps around with little warning and there was absolutely no development of the main characters relationship, they just suddenly had sex and were in love..
I thought this was just going to be a cheesy plotless romance in a medieval setting, but I actually ended up really enjoying the characters. Not the main characters that much, but the rest of the cast was really interesting. I think the best parts of this were actually the parts they devoted to Chris's father, the king, backstory. How he came to rule the kingdom, fell in love with his wife, his ideals and the relationships he built with his own two knights had me looking forward to each volume as they came out. It really makes me wish the author could focus more on a real story instead of being forced to focus mostly on the romance, which is what happens when you write for this demographic.
Ah well, the art is lovely and though it's no masterpiece, it is a nice break from schoolboys. I'd recommend it.
Very stereotypical and a bit bland. The art is nice, though. The mangaka tries hard to make it look like there's a plot, but it's pretty bumpy and in the end, the baseline is always that Sieg has to protect Chris, who is utterly helpless and completely naive, even though he's supposed to be the next monarch (the kingdom will surely fall when that time comes).
This manga is fantastic!!. It has a typical pairing of a prince and knight. But this one seemed different, the way the story is told just grabs you in. Sieg and Chris are both lovable, not to mention HOT. Their relationship is taboo and it's lovely watching their relationship take off. The art is breath taking. The scenes of the forest and landscape beautiful. I would recemend it to any Yaoi fan to read!
