I really like this manga a lot...
I like how Honda accepts Someya for who he is, without pretense and doubt...

I really wish that this series continues because this is soooooooooo good!!!!
even though its a spin off from okane ga nai, this story has depth and meaning..
It's a totally different story and can be considered seperate and independent...
I can really empathize with the characters...
It gives the lovey-dovey feeling, like when you're first love comes...

I really liked the story; really funny with a splash of a sad past. I could have skipped the latter and have only focus on the humor part, but it was surprisingly good manga. The characters are both two strong and stubborn males so that was refreshing.

I thought I'd give this a shot even though I absolutely loathe okane ga nai. It was definitely better by far, but still thoroughly average. Although we get to learn a bit about Someya's past, there isn't much to it and we don't get to know much else about him, nor are we told much of anything about Honda. The characters themselves are flat and although I don't find them horribly off-putting(like with okane ga nai), I don't find them particularly interesting or appealing either. The story is forced and unrealistic, without much else to offer in terms of entertainment. I did not connect with the characters nor do I understand how or why they fell in love. Just not my cup of tea, but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever read and it was nice to see that there was no rape or shota-esque boys being abused.

I absolutely detested Okane ga Nai, but surprisingly this spin off was not so bad.
There was no rape or wimpy/cry-baby characters here.
But the reader has to keep in mind that Someya is not transgendered; he cross-dresses as way of expressing himself.

Although the ending was just like that. Haha! But it's a nice read! Although I haven't read Okane ga Nai, I did watched it but watching and reading is a bit different so I'll try reading it next time! xD
Anyway, this manga was okay, the characters are lovable and I fully understand what was going on, unlike some yaoi manga. But it's good!

PS: Very pretty "okama" I say! x3 Liked the dresses!

This manga is like a punch to the heart at times. It doesn't hold back on emotional intensity and is breathtakingly bold and direct in delivering its message. It's a shame that it's a spin-off of Okane ga Nai, a series that's associated with rape and the wimpy character of Ayase because Someya and Honda are wonderfully strong, individual characters stuffed to the brim with pride and honour. I never liked Someya much in Okane but he's truly beautiful in this story, a multifaceted conflicted figure who is at times pathetic in his frailty but in some moments is radiant with strength of character and will.

Even for the reader who hasn't read Okane ga Nai, I think this can be read as a standalone manga. Initially there might be some difficulty keeping track of the side characters since the manga assumes that the reader is familiar with them already but they don't appear too often and this story is definitely worth the initial effort.

i like it given on how it gives us a someya that anyone who had already read Okane Ga Nai already like and made an okama that we could like even more with his/her backstory and depth. the art is lovely and i am honestly shocked on how someya as a guy was such a bishie. there are only 2 things i have against this are 1 there wasn't any detail and lack of hot Smex and 2 the series felt like it relied too much on Okane Ga Nai for the set-up of the story which made it not able to be a stand alone reading material. all in all it's still a good read though.

I agree with the previous two comment. This is a spin-off but its totally different from okane ga nai. Nevertheless its very good. The characters have dept and are likable. The plot is unique. Its very different from other yaoi that i've come across. The art is beautiful. Especially Someya, he's beautiful in his female form, and gorgeous in his male form. I recommend to every yaoi fan out there.

This is an amazing manga. It's completely different from Okane ga Nai, but I wasn't disappointed. The characters are likable, the plot is unusual, and it's just fun to read. If you're into something different, you'll probably like this.

I'm surprised to see there are no comments on this great manga so far! I love it. I had my doubts after Okane ga Nai but I started reading this spin-off nevertheless... and I was pleasantly surprised! Three chapters, and I'm hooked. The characters, the arts, the emotions, the deep portrayal of crossdressing... fantastic. (And on a side note, I fell in love with Someya's "male form" xD♥)

I strongly recommend this manga. Even if Okane ga Nai wasn't your cuppa, try this one. Lovely. wink
