The story sets one month after Eita and Masuzu start dating, and sets itself on a "what if" scenario where the Harem element is stronger than in the original.

... That this was all drawn by a single artist. Seriously. As the others have said, the art is... very spotty. It starts of normally with cute character designs, which gradually become more and more masculine with every chapter. By chapter 9 it's hard not to imagine the "females" as men in drag. Even their postures and stances will make you think you're reading a hot-blooded shounen action manga. Maybe the artist wanted to reference "Jojo" more? Whatever.
Story is nothing but standard spin-off fare; nothing special. But yeah, with art like this... I think you get it.
This is a rather short alternate story set early in the main tale; it occurs prior to the introduction of the last two (?) harem members. The plot is rather straight forward: introduce an imouto-like love interest, one that is somewhat of a mish-mashed combination of the "fake" girlfriend and the childhood friend. And then have the original two rivals fight it out with her and each other.
Maybe that was oversimplified...hmm..no, that was about it.
Anyway, not a bad idea in a short/alternate/speculative work.
However....
THE ART SUCKS....it starts somewhat weak and gets worse as the series goes on...bad...bad...
tldr;
Average story and terrible artwork.
The story is Ok and complements the main story well however the one fatal flow of this manga is the art. All the females are terribly drawn and look like muscular men making it almost unbearable to read. I foumd myself laughing at the art instead of the actual story. Instead of a harem manga it looks like some wierd twisted BL manga.
For a harem series, this is surprisingly good. There are the expected cliches (girlfriend, childhood friend rival, etc.), but the way the act out is entirely new to me. The main guy is actually "pure-minded", he doesn't want to know about love OR girls! (blasphemy!). Most importantly, there's not much angst and undecidedness, instead there's a LOT of courage from the girls. Give it a go!
